Adele’s new house – a £7 million country mansion

Adele has recently acquired a new country residence. The 10-bedroom - admittedly 9 more than she needs - house and former convent is a far cry from her roots in South London, where she grew up in a series of small flats with her mother. Her new abode, which is surrounded by vistas of the South Downs is valued at around £7 million, and is costing her £15,000 per month to rent.

The prestigious 19th century red brick house is situated within 25 acres of prime Sussex countryside, including tennis courts, swimming pools – indoor and outdoor – as well as self contained staff quarters.

What must be the bathroom accessory of the year, the free standing bath, takes centre stage in Adele’s master suite.

Adele wanted a safe haven from the paps in London and this property sure is tucked away!
