Wet Room Issues

Posted by William Niven, on
Hi, I have been advertising for two days now to find someone to convert a shower room into a wet room for disabled access, but have had not ONE expression of interest. What am I doing wrong?

Tradespersons have to buy your lead, the cost is related to the budget, the higher the budget, the more the trades person has to pay. It could be as much as £40 cost to each bidding tradesperson. Many tradespeople do not want to pay that much on the off chance that they actually get the job. As i'm sure you can appreciate, if they bought 10 at £40 and didn't get any of the jobs, they'd then be £400 out of pocket. There is a "featured advert" option, if you are serious about progressing, if you select this option and pay the £7 (or whatever it is), that may be enough to encourage more trades persons to part with the cash necessary to buy your info and get in touch. I suggest you give as much info as possible in the job posting too, best of luck.
