Hi Mary, You can view a company's ratings via their profile; when a tradesman expresses interest in quoting on your job, we send you an email with the tradesman’s basic information and a link to their profile page and ratings. You can also navigate to the tradesman’s ratings directly on the site by following the steps below. 1.To view the ratings of a tradesman quoting on your job: 2.Log in to Rated People by clicking the 'Login' button at the top right of www.ratedpeople.com 3.Click 'My jobs' and select the job for which you need the tradesman details 4.Click the star rating for the tradesman whose ratings you wish to review 5.You will then be brought to that tradesman's profile page where their most recent 3 ratings will be displayed 6.Click 'View More Ratings' to view the tradesman's entire ratings history Best Wishes, Lee The Ask an Expert Team
