Overflowing downpipe

Posted by Alison Tizard, on
My downpipe keeps overflowing at the top because it isn't soaking away quickly enough at the bottom. I have no idea what to do or who to contact about it. Please help!!

Hi Alison it's possible you may have a build up of leaves/ moss etc in your gutters or a similar blockage in the downpipe, the best thing to do is get them cleaned out to see if this is the problem ( if you live in an area with lots of trees this is the most likely cause).
