Hi Talk to the Tradesperson direct,
Hi Fiona as Keith suggests you should speak to the tradesperson first to try and sort the problem out amicably, if this doesn't work contact Rated People customer service and explain your situation to them and they will contact him for you. Your final recourse is to contact your local Trading Standards but I would only do this once all other options have been exhausted. Ed
Hi Fiona, It's very important to keep a good communication open with your tradesman. A good tradesman would also try and do the same. Try and speak to him directly as Keith and Edward have said. Try to come to some kind of agreement. The other thing you could do,is get a second opinion from another builder to see if your concerns are valid. If so, a price from him that you can go back with to your original tradesman to put things right. This may spur him on to come back and do the work. Good luck.
