Hi Emma without seeing the job it's very difficult to give an idea of cost, are the newel posts, handrail and baserail in place and in serviceable condition? It's best to post your job and get someone out to look at it, set the budget low to get more interest but explain you appreciate the actual cost will be higher. Ed
