Mis-aligned floorboards

My floor was taken up in error and now that the same boards (tongue and groove pine) have been relaid they seem to run away. The first board is aligned but by the 4th they seem to be coming up short. Is there a way to pack them out so that they match up again? The intention was to sand the floor and seal it before installation of a bathroom. Thanks Rebecca.
