Re Repair of solid floor and replace tiles...

I also want to replace the kitchen: the room was rewired 3 years ago, the cupboards and wall tiles also have to be replaced. Advice on the floor and subfloor is just for starters. Please contact me if you can do floor insulation, tiling on top, kitchen replacement. I would like to get on with this job. Thanks
