Hi Tim, Once a tradesperson expresses interest in a job that you've posted through Rated People, we email you with info, including a link to that tradesperson's profile page. Clicking the link will take you to the profile page which comes complete with any ratings and reviews from past Rated People customers. If you're unable to locate the email, you can also view the profile and ratings of the tradespeople interested in your job by logging in to your (free) account online, created by you posting a job: ratedpeople.com/local/login. If you're unable to recall your password, you're able to reset it. Once you're logged in, just select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages.
