"Unable to come the day agreed but i was called to advise. The guy who came was very good and clean (took his shoes off when coming into the house)
The only downside was the time given, engineer was late BUT in his defence they are not told the time when given the job, he phones back when finished then sent on to next one, unfortunately if people get cross the engineers get it in the ear when its not their fault. Think this needs to be addressed by the contractor"
