"Here's what you said: This was a straightforward but not glamorous job. I needed a new loo. I hired Rosen after asking for and getting a good reference from a recent, previous client who had had similar work done. I went to see the work and this client confirmed that he was pleased with it. The bathroom fitter and tiler also did a good job in my flat. He stripped out the old toilet and dodgy plumbing, tiled the floor neatly, then installed new pipework, a new stopcock and the new loo. He also disposed of the old toilet for me. A month later, everything works properly and there are no leaks anywhere. His prices are reasonable and he turned up when he said he would. (This was a visit to quote and then over two work days.) I would hire him again. "
