"These people were very nice but the quality of their work was shocking - when I eventually employed another plumber to correct the work he said it was as if an untrained apprentice had done it. They always turned up on time and were keen to come back when there were problems but to put it simply they had no idea what they were doing. Wasted days of time and caused a lot of stress. I was left with a bath the wrong way round and a sink that leaked because it had been badly plumbed in."
