"Budget was NEVER discussed! Budget is NEVER an Issue! Spring Tidy Bathroom thinks is too good for small bathrooms! If i am happy with a quote I even pay the money required and I don't ask questions! I am Swiss, and I come from a QUALITY background, where word is held and handshake is a contract! You just did not wanted to do the Job, I paid 25 grand for a Kitchen refurbish with a company called POGGENPOHL, and not your B&Q or what ever, so THINK before you write, so don't accuse me to know what my budget was, you was not even interested! You are not professional and you are a WASTE OF TIME! "

"Came to see our bathroom, 1st thing he says that he can not do a wet room because of floor. Fair Enough. Second, we ask him for a quote with budget no problems, to refurbish the bathroom. After we wait for 5 weeks to hear back from him, he says that he is too busy until the end of the year to do something for us and doesn't give a quote! But he had the time to come round to see that he can not do a wet room, and backs off! That is NOT professional at all! Bad bad bad, would not recommend at any time as he apparently is too busy for everything! Why can't he be direct and say he's not interested in doing the job? Why leave us waiting so long to give us the brush off? Obviously he is not interested in providing a good service, and clearly he has enough work that he can pick and choose what he likes. Professional? Hardly."
