"Sadly, we had a very bad experience with this company, and would advise any potential customer to be very wary. At the outset, he exuded tremendous charm and confidence. When he quoted for the job, he was very enthusiastic and promised that the finished product would be a "showroom" piece that he would like to use in his website. We were very happy to support him in this, as it indicated that the quality of the wetroom would be of a very high standard. As things stand however, our new bathroom has been left with a leaking toilet, a scratched toilet seat, a leaking washbasin, a poorly installed, badly scratched and leaking shower, scratched tiles on most walls, an uneven and unfinished ceiling, and a floor which slopes towards the bathroom door rather than the shower drain. In addition, the grouting in the shower area is already starting to disintegrate after just 10 days usage. He explains away problems with the work as being due to poor equipment, an old building, etc - in short he takes no responsibility for problems with the work. Instead, he talks as if he is doing us a favour in rectifiying the issues which arise due to him rushing the work. Despite an agreed fixed fee for the job, and a written agreement specifying that five hundred pounds would be retained until completion, he suddenly refused to do any more work on the project until the balance was paid in full. He has refused to even speak to us over the telephone and discuss the situation, despite repeated calls and text messages over the past week asking him to talk with us. We are very disappointed, as we thought we had built up a good working relationship with him, and had hoped to resolve the remaining issues with him personally. Sadly, he has shown no interest in doing so. "
