"DO NOT USE THIS TRADESPERSON!! 12 months after the work was done I have suffered a major water leak due to a compression joint bursting. This has caused substantial damage to my property and much upset and misery to me. I have contacted the tradeperson who has commented that this leak is not his responsibility as the work was done 12 months ago (actually the final balance was paid in Oct 07 so less than 12 months). I do not think this is acceptable - a bathroom should be watertight for years. My advice to you is look elsewhere "

"The end result was very good but Mr Scott was ambitious in his estimate of how long the job would take to complete. I was told two weeks intially but this actually extended into nearly four weeks due to various factors. It did become something of a trial as I was managing without a shower for quite some time. There were a number of minor faults that were noted after completion but Mr Scott has now attended to rectify all but one of these. I am waiting on a response to a query I raised with him a few days ago. I don't want to give too much negative feedback as I am very happy with the end result. Mr Scott always endeavoured to meet my very high standards and I did forewarn him that I am a perfectionist. My advice to him would be to offer realistic timescales to others that can be acheived. I think it was very unlikely the job could have been done by one person in two weeks and this proved to be the case. If I was doing it again I would probably not engage a lone worker again."
