"The plumber came round to price the job and we agreed on the Tuesday following the early May Bank holiday. At about 10 am on the morning that we were expecting him we received a phone call which started" I was meant to be fitting your bathroom today..." it transpired his van was broke and he would let me know as soon as it was fixed - 6 weeks later and I still haven't heard from him. I would advise people not to book him as I can only presume he is still without transport! Shame really as he seemed like a nice bloke and even came out a second time prior to starting the job to advise us on what we needed."
