"This company replaced our ground-floor bathroom less than five months ago. We signed a contract, which included a 12-month guarantee on the work. Two months ago the toilet seat started to come loose. I called the company to speak with the guy in charge, to be told someone else was now in charge of it. This man said he would send someone round to fix the seat - they failed to show up on two occasions, wasting our time, and the seat is still not fixed. Yesterday we discovered the towel rail they fitted is leaking. The pipes are boxed in, so we cannot access without smashing the tiles. Water from the leak has soaked through the floor, and looking through an air brick from outside we could see water dripping off the bottom of the floor joists. The drop in water pressure means our boiler cannot operate, so we have no heating or hot water. I called the company first thing this morning, and the man said he would send a plumber round to fix the leak. I have heard nothing since, and he is now ignoring our phone calls. We had to call an emergency plumber out last night to drain the rest of the water from the central heating system, and I have now been waiting in a freezing house for eight hours so far today. I will consider amending this rating if I am contacted and the matter resolved without further delay."

Workmanship - Great: great finish for my budget, they suggested one or two things that made the finish even better. Value: not bad - their quote included all materials which was very handy. Reliabiliy - they turned up when they said they would, did work when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would. "
