"i was pleased with the job when they finished it looked beautiful they did a very good job with the tiling but the day after they finished i had to call them back because i had water pouring from the kitchen ceiling, they came and sorted it. a couple of days later again the same thing happened so i tried calling them but chris would not answer my calls so then my husband rang of his mobile and because they did not know his number they answered and said they'd come, that was aout 6pm i waited till 9pm and rang them quite a few times but no answer i left messages, still no answer. so i am going to have to see my solicitor because they still have not had the decency to call me and i am sat here with buckets on the work tops in the kitchen. i think i have been treated very badly by [COMPANY_NAME]."
