"After choosing this company and confirming the work which was to take place they failed to turn up to complete the job. I made numerous calls and left messages,non of which were returned. Also, the quote which was sent out did not have enough postage on the envelope. After the initial impression that these people were trustworthy and reliable they turned out to be complete time wasters. They obviously decided the job (a new bathroom) wasn't worth their while. We have since found a reliable bathroom fitter who has done a brilliant job."

"DWS did a fantastic job, they have transformed my bathroom. They arrived early every day and both work extremely hard. They are very skillful and knowledgeable and pay attention to detail and are very tidy. They also completed several other jobs I found for them with no complaints. Lastly, I'd like to mention that they are extremely nice people too!
