"My advice to you would be to avoid this outfit at all costs! They have completely botched what should have been a simple and pleasurable bathroom refit. They have endangered the lives of my family and ruined my kitchen ceiling. There isnâ??t enough room here to list the full details of the botch, so I will bullet point â?? electric shower installed (they are not qualified to do this, I found out later) has a voltage too large for the wiring and continually trips. The tiling in the bathroom is a complete lash up, if you like a crazy paving effect for your tiling try these guys. Hit and miss grouting, they like silicone a lot too, itâ??s everywhere! Floor was boarded for the floor tiles with all the rubble underneath. Each and everyone of the new water connections leaks. There is a dirty great scratch in the bath. I am in the process of replacing the bathroom and having real professionals in, please donâ??t employ this outfit unless you have the time and money to re-do it all. As for costs, I have started legal proceedings to recover all costs and compensation for bad workmanship."
