"Daniel and Steve were friendly and efficient. They kept me informed at every stage how far they'd progressed and took great care not to mark our newly decorated stairs and landing. I would have no hessitation in recommending them.

"BATHROOM HAS BEEN LEFT IN A DANGEROUS STATE AND EVEN DAMAGED ANOTHER PART OF THE HOUSE! Floor tiling is so uneven that if a child was to walk on them the child would definatley trip and fall. The wall tiles are also uneven even on the walls that were "straightened" with so called "aquaboard". Plasterboard was used instead of aquaborad. Tiles have fallen from the insdie of the window and as a result broken other tiles! Even managed to break the bay window roof tile by emptying a tile cutting machine (that i paid for) from the bedroom window. The broken roof tile was thrown in the bin which I found. the company did own upto it after I pointed it out. The shower valve is held up by a gas elbow wall fitting instead of a shower valve fitting. Even this is not screwed to the wall and is held into place by silicone. The electric fan has no crews to hold it, and instead is held by silicone. The shower head holder only has one screw. The shower head has broken because it turns when you put the shower head on the holder and drops the shower head. The taps and bath have many scratches on them. No care was taken to look after my things. They were left lying around and I picked them up and cleared up after. I was told to pay upon completion of the job but on severla occasions perosnal reasons were used to get more and more moeny off me. I always felt pressured to give them money as I felt the job would not be completed or completed satisfactorily. I also paid a large sum of money for materials. Some of which is accounted for by reciepts but the remainder is yet to be paid back to me. "
