"STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Finished resultant bathroom is an absolute disaster and pretty much needs to be done again. It isn't water tight, the tiling is an absolute mess, the toilet is squint, the sink is squint and although they quoted for decorating the room, it hasn't been done and they are now disputing this. The proprieter came back to review the resultant mess they have left, he agreed with all 22 faults we made on a list and vowed to 'sort it out' by employing a professional tiler to come and take the tiles down and put new ones up. He has now changed his mind, and is now saying he will only put the tiles back and we have to pay someone to take the tiles down - where's the justice in this? When we objected he said 'take it or leave it' - he's on another job now so doesn't have time - what about finishing our job??? The other 21 faults on the list he is now disputing. The mess they made was disgusting - 3 carpets were ruined due to lack of dustsheets and to cap it all off they let the central heating completely empty itself all over the sitting foom carpet - ruining it. The rubbish created by the bathroom refurb is still sitting in my drive way 3 weeks later - despite numerous promises to remove it. We've asked them to claim on their insurance to sort this out - which they promised they had - but their are saying they won't claim on it. If this isn't sorted within the next 2 weeks, I fully intend to take them to court. "
