"Unfotuantily I employed Ivan (the apprentice) and Ray (knowledgeable) to complete my bathroom installation from start to finish. They started but DID NOT finish, as they walked off there job and demanded monies for work carried out so far. (We came to agreement for materials) of which i had given money at the start for them yet they still want more! Ray had hurt his leg when he stood through the kitchen ceiling directly below (which I now have to get repaired at my own expense). I can understand that ray might not have been able to carry on, but I would have expected them to find someone else to tile the bathroom in his absence and finish the work. I am no plumber or bathroom expert but they have left me with a mess in my eyes which I am now struggling to find someone to put it right. Although they were pleasant, I am devastated that they started work, tried to hike up the quote by asking for more money and then eventually took there tools and left, now I need to find another person to take on the job and finish what they have started. They are still calling me for money, when in fact it should be them who are paying me for the inconvienance. The inexperience and naivety of the company is something that did not come across when I was explaining the work to them, I strongly recommend that it is far easier to stay away from this company rather than use them. I advised them I would be putting negative feedback on this website and their response was a shrug of the shoulders and â??if thatâ??s what you have to do then fineâ?? Ivan is young and has a lot to learn about business and how problems when they arise should be dealt with. There quote was not the cheapest, possibly one of the more expensive ones and I went on ratings from here and what they said when they were quoting. They seam honest but I now have an unsavoury feeling and also feel that there immature enough to maybe cause damage to my property or even me if I donâ??t pay them what there demanding. My job was a big job but all items were supplied and only pipe work and connections were needed as well as some timber, I needed a stud wall removing and a new door frame, as well as removing complete bathroom and installing one I was supplying, tiling and all work was quoted for and work began. Ivan is the owner of the company and I have not heard from ray as he is an employee There inexperience only came to light when they were on the job Use at your own risk"
