"Phil started a day late, the work that was then carried out was extremely poor. He did agree to return for an andditional two days to attempt to correct the poor workmanship. Whilst he did improve some of the work it is still a sub-standard job. Unfortunately I would not recommend employing Phil to carry out any tiling works. "
