"It has been a long haul, but we finally got there! The team did the job they said they would (even though some of them appear reluctant to work on Saturdays). Special mention to the tiler: a consumate professional. We cannot find any fault with his work. Same goes for the electrician and plasterer. Only gripe is we think the youngest member of the team should remember he's not just working for his boss; the customer counts too. (It would have been appreciated if he had placed items on the skip when asked and not just when Sam (his boss) asked him to) On the subject of Sam...you're a trooper! Thanks for finishing the job for us. We're so glad to have our bathroom back, looking better than we expected."

"Mark and his team did a good job in completely refitting my upstairs bathroom, and also refitted my downstairs cloakroom which only had a toilet and sink, into a room with a shower aswell. I also asked him back to fit a new boiler aswell!! I would recommend him to anyone, which I have already done to a friend of mine."
