"The property TPR worked on was in a different city to where I live so I had to employ a builder that I could rely on to carry out the work, make good decisions about materials and get the job done on time with minimum effort on my part. I can honestly say TPR made the whole process quick, easy and stress free. The flat has been totally transformed into a top end property and I'm looking forward to renting it out. I haven't put anything to the test as its just been done, but in terms of employing a reliable and easy to work with builder, I will happily recommend TPR property services. I have several properties which I rent out and have had huge problems and delays in the past whenever I've undertaken this sort of work, so I think I'm qualified to give a good report"

"I had an old bathroom removed and replaced by this tradesman. Pretty much from day one I had problems. He did not work to spec, cut corners and had no consideration for the fact that I continued to live in the house while the work was carried out. On the fourth day he caused a leak which required my porch ceiling to be destroyed and then refused to repair it as he said it was already in poor repair; granted it was not pretty but it was safe and suspended! I now have a gaping hole where the porch ceiling should be. Every time I questionsed something I was told that was how things were done. When he left I continued to have a leak around my bath which although he came back to repair initailly he just packed in sealant which isnt' working well. Finally two weeks after he left I got a drip\leak into my kitchen ceiling which was due to a water build up from leaking connection which he fitted. I have tried to contact the tradesman several times but my calls are being ignored. All I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID."
