"I was impressed and they did a brilliant job of my bathroom, they were very efficient and finished the job much sooner than anticipated. The only criticism I would have is that they took the door off and said that they did not fit doors, in which case they should have left it alone and worked around it. After contacting a carpenter I have discovered that my old door won't fit in and I now need a much smaller door which is going to be expensive and difficult to get. So I have been left without a bathroom door.

"only turned up when they felt like it missed day. walls not level. tiling uneven. bath not fitted properly. left without finishing job. they have not fitted wash basin, toilet or shower. left all rubish behind. tiled part of bathroom and part of toilet which all tiles will have to come off. shower tray not fitted properly no support underneath it just bows. i have been without a bathroom and toilet for over two weeks and its going to cost me a lot more money to put everything right. i am disgusted with the shoddy work and they cheap products they brought."
