Bathroom refurbishment and renovation in Eccleshill
"We have already rated this tradesperson as not very good.
He is probably very good as an handyman, but for the work we needed doing he was very much out of his depth and caused us a lot of expense and additonal work that needed to be done. "

Bathroom refurbishment and renovation in Wyke
"Phil is a very concienciouse worker and arrived on time every day ,he often worked straight through with only a ten minute lunch break, he cleaned up at the end of every day and left the bathroom in a usable condition, when the job got going there were a few problems with where we were to fit the new bathroom, owever Phil took all the extra demands in his stride and rerouted pipe work and fittings to make everything fit , the tilling is to a very high standard and even at the later stages of the job our extra demands were met with a smile and a leave it with me . Nothing was to much trouble for Phil and his whole attitude was one of customer satisfaction . A job well done Phil from One very satisfied customer .

"Ok, where do I start? Is it the ?450 of plastering that was not done? The three hour dinners? Or the "don?t work Friday?s" this might be easier.
1) The job took almost 3 weeks,
2) The taps spin round, this is after the second time he has ?fixed? them
3) We had 5 ?unexpected leaks? 3 when he was working, the rest, one when the bath over flow had not been put on, and the towel radiator, not attached correctly making yet another leek. All the water has damaged the roof to the kitchen, so we will have to pay for that fixing. (?400 maybe)
4) The bath panel does not fit, glued in place with silicon, that comes off every two weeks,
5) Silicon around the bath has come away, so when you sit in the bath, you can see black lines.
6) The stone effect floor tiles have been laid in matching pairs, so destroying the ?natural? look.
7) Wall grout has been used on the floor; this is now cracked and going black. (some fallen away to leave black holes, so you can see the wood floor under)
8) Wall tiles are uneven, un-square in places, over grouted to cover up mistakes leaving big chunks of grout.
9) The plastic beading around the window frame is not mitred
10) Silicon to the sink is going green, moulding?
11) Toilet seat is loose; almost fell off it in to the bath.
12) The sink unit is not vertical, but leans back (not at 0 degrees, more like 4)
13) 5 lights, 4 match,,,,,,80% right suppose.
14) Moulding bathroom cabernet inside and maybe behind, this could be what?s dropping down.
The more you look the more you see wrong, do not use this person. If you have a problem you have to ring, and ring, and ring. He was ?coming round for a third time to fix this, which was 6 weeks ago. Total cowboy, should be removed from this site, before this happens to anymore pensioners that have worked hard for that money. So, ?450 for jobs not had done ?400+ for the kitchen roof to be fixed, almost ?1,000 and a totally substandard job. Thanks you Alan
