"I was looking for a total refurbishment of the bathroom in my house, this was a major undertaking and I expected the cost to be high. Initial contact with 1st call seemed good, however, nothing more followed except shoddy printouts/photocopies of work they may have done. Requests for references went ignored. I did however receive multiple telephone calls (surprisingly all from the same mobile) people claiming to be, Sales Director, Project Director, Secretary to the MD, all offering to cut the price, and I suspect corners. I may well be wrong, but it's my gut feeling these guys are cowboys, and I won't be letting them loose in my house."
