"The changing of lead to copper pipework was needed and this was done really well despite delaying things by a couple of days. However, the job was expected to take 4/5 days when in fact in took 3 weeks. Having noticed at the end that the tiling wasn't the best and the grouting not completed properly, I asked Anthony to return (also having noticed noticed screws missing in radiators and big gaps in tile work behind my bath. I probably wouldn't have complained had he returned as promised to sort these issues out but clearly he has no intention of returning after many, many calls/emails and text messages. If a bathroom installation is required I would not recommend AOK Plumbing (Anthony Brown) as his skills are more limited than he will initially advise you!"
