"The tradesman started the Project well, unfortunately they were paid in advance with a bonus to complete the Project. On receipt of this money they failed to return to the site, additionally the last of their work was unacceptable and had to be dismantled and done again. Scott was unreliable, often late and has left me significantly out of pocket through having to re do his work and carry out works that he had already been paid for. I would never use him again and would suggest for the good name of your organisation have him removed from your ledger. Kind Regards Rob Green"
