"I arranged for this company to visit my house and quote on my project. They did not turn up. I contacted them and we arranged another visit one week later instead. They did not turn up again! They cost me 2 hours flexi time off work (as I had to be home early to be there when they were supposed to arrive) and I also cancelled two social appointments. They also cost me two weeks delay on my project. They havent even contacted me to explain reasons. How could I trust this company to work on a major building project when they cant even turn up for a quote! Hopeless!"
