"I would thoroughly recommend KGB Construction.  Karl and Grant are fabulous builders, took time to explain what would be happening next, provided excellent payment schedules that they stuck to (no nasty surprises!), were extremely helpful, polite, trust worthy and lovely people to have around your home at what can be an extremely stressful time (especially when you also have three small children!). The quality of work has been excellent and if there were any changes/minor issues they were discussed and changes made.  The only problem with having these guys on the job is that they are so good you end up paying to have additional work done!  They did additional plastering jobs for us and we have ended up with a beautiful extension and also a great garden as they put up new fencing, made double gates and built us a wonderful big decking area.  I like the fact that they did little extra things like putting up a new washing line and going to get handles for my doors to save me having to go out and get them. Everyone who they contracted in were also very polite and they got on with the job.  These are builders who I would definitly recommend and use again in the future for any other other work we may wish to have done.
