"The job itself was fine and done for a fair price. Couple of points to note however: - the start date was moved twice at short notice with little explanation - we were charged extra for removal of rubbish (and not all of it was actually taken away!) - so make sure you are clear about what is and isn't included before you start - the plastering went a bit over some wallpaper so when we come to decorate it might end up ruining the plaster finish. For these reasons we've reduced our rating a little."
