"Paul and Nigel of [COMPANY_NAME] were exceptional. They were prompt in their initial reply to my inquiry. They came around and were professional and approachable. They took photos of their initial diagnosis to show me what they thought the problems were on my roof and guttering. They showed me evidence of previous work they had undertaken to demonstrate their professionalism. We agreed a schedule of work and within 3 days a fully itemised quote was provided which broke down exactly what each item was costing in terms of materials and labour. They arrived promptly on the day to undertake the work and completed on time and to an excellent standard.
