Property renovation in Trumpington
"absolutely useless guy, most of the work done below any standard, it took him over 3 months instead of promised 3 weeks (in the meantime he even claimed one day he could not turn up due to the swine flu). It took him 15 20-kilo bags of tiles adhesive for 20 sq meters (as he had to do them twice, all the plastered surfaces are completely uneven, door frames out of plumb, for a water pipe he used a cardboard bit as a washer. At the end he just ditched the job leaving me with half done work and unpaid bills - he was given money to pay the skip and the building notice, he took the money and never came back. Do not trust this guy under any circumstances, I am currently claiming the money back in court, but the nightmare of moving into a building site without any money to remove the skip etc will be remembered. Plus I am still fixing all the errors and failures that cost me loads of money.
