"We were very pleased with our tradesperson from Independant building and joinery. Our tradesperson worked very well with the brief we gave him for the job, he finished the job within the time schedule we set. His work is excellent and we we're very pleased with the way he communicated with us, constantly keeping us up to date with what was happening and his daily plan of works. He not only did the building/joinery works, he also worked as project manager, communicating with and ensuring that electricians, plumbing and heating engineers and plasterers were on site. This made the whole process of 'house renovating' much easier. He was very accommodating when we requested he did jobs outside the original brief and spent his own time sourcing materials (eg: an external gate). He is very professional and has returned upon request to complete very minor jobs on our snagging list. He did not request staged payment for the works but asked that we pay him upon completion of the project when we were happy, this shows that he is commited to ensuring that his clients receive a high standard of works. We highly recommend our tradesperson. He put in suspended ceilings, new flooring, installed new doors, fitted new skirting. he pulled out an old fireplace, screeded floors. Most rooms in the house were plastered, etc. "
