"Have no idea of the quality of this firm, didn't get the chance. I organised them to come along to quote for the job, telling them I was coming down especially from London to Brighton and had a half-hour slot with the estate agent and the keys (I'm in the process of buying). They didn't turn up. It was left to me to phone them asking them where they were, and apparently they'd forgotten.
Not impressed. If you can't bother to turn up to quote (letting someone waste a 60 mile journey in the process), why should you be trusted to do the job. I went with the guy who bothered to materialise."
