"John, Billy and the team have provided us with the extension we had hoped for + much more. John gave us ideas which we took on board and they have enhanced the build- thanks to the eye of an experienced builder. He was fair, and consulted us all the way through- slight delay due to the Scottish weather wast the only hiccup. Thanks once again "

"started well but made a mess of the roof. we are now left with an extention that we will not get a completion certificate for. Seemed trustworthy but told so many lies towards the end. Decking was fitted to an open damp course. the pitch of the roof is wrong and gathers water at the top because it dips backwards as it meets the wall. He claims that this was not his fault???. Sills for doors not wide enough to clear the rain water away, broken tiles on the roof, rain water dripping down external walls to name but a few.Claimed he could fit kitchens but again we were left with plynths cut wrong, cabinets built out of end panels, worktops cut badly, a wine rack not built correctly and as that was the only flat pack element of the kitchen( all the cupboards came built) we feel let down. He claimed he would come back after our holiday to finish. Three months later he appeared and bodged a few items. still left with many unfinished items that we have payed for and many more incomplete elements. This was our dream extention which he has completely wasted. no i would not recomend Neil or Teallach homes"
