"We are very pleased with the finished job. It took considerably longer than anticipated but this was due to building control who insisted on deeper footings etc. David took all this in his stride. We found him totally reliable, had no qualms leaving him working when we were at work/on holiday and he takes real pride in the quality of his work. Our architect had specified some unusual details but again David went along with all of these, something we have had difficulty with buidlders in the past who often prefer to do things their way. We have would have no hesitition in recommending him."
