"My kitchen renovation is now finished. I congratulate Multi-trade on an excellent job, really well done and I am extremely pleased with the results. This was quite a large project involving re-configuartion of my kitchen area, re-wiring,plastering before they could install the new kitchen. Viorel and his workers are reliable and curteous and always clean up after themselves both during and at the end of the job.They always turned up when they said they would. Viorel was forward thinking in that he foresaw a potential problem before it became one. For instance he noticed that the order for my cupboards needed to be altered since the width ordered by the kitchen designer meant it would not fit in the space since the designer had not allowed a gap for the waste pipes. I immediately got Magnet to rectify the error before delivery otherwise if the error had come to light later when the kitchen was being installed it would have delayed the work. I would certainly recommend Multitrade and will have no hesitation in using them in the future. Viorel took photographs of the finished result-get him to show you if you are planning on renovating your kitchen!!"

"We highly recommend Terry. Our kitchen and related structural work is now all finished and he and the team have done a fantastic job. Terry personally oversees all work and is very detailed in all aspects, from planning through to execution through to ensuring all final finishing touches were right. He is extremely reliable, thorough and realistic. The project was certainly brought in within the timeframe he originally quoted on, despite the works uncovering other problems within the building. He does not believe in over-promising to get a job, but is very honest and then does all he can to deliver. He is also good at communication, keeping you up to date with progress, issues and decisions. All the guys who worked on the project were very professional, friendly and helpful. We have two young children and they were all good with the kids and sensitive to the disruption the work caused us all. We've done major building work before and have experienced an unhappy workforce in our home and it's not a fun experience. The difference in having a friendly and happy team in has made a big difference to the amount of disruption caused. A ringing endorsement - would definitely work with Terry again and recommend him to friends."

"Andries and his team were able to help us out at short notice. We found him to be very approachable and honest meaning that you could make suggestions and discuss any problems and changes easily which made for a good working relationship. All of the team were equally freindly and pleasant to have around. We are very pleased with the finished job which came in on budget with any additions or changes fully discussed up front. The quality of the workmanship is good and attention has been paid to detail. We felt the cost was fair, having had similar priced quotes beforehand. The timing of the project was fairly good with a slight over run to sort out various awkward finishing touches. We have already had some of our friends and neighbours book their services on our recommendation."
