"John was punctual for intitial quote and more or less for the duration of the job. Quality of workmanship was 7/10. Some parts could have been better. Was quoted for electrical work moving sockets and switches - this was not completed - was left without sockets working upstairs, and having to pay for electrician on top. Left glue bottle on computer desk - now glue has set and pulled off surface of desk."
