"After an impressive start, they seem to have dissappeared from teh face of this earth. no contact, no update, no return of calls - even though I have been trying for 4 weeks now to get an update about the planning permission. Would not use or recommend them to anyone. A pity, as my first impresions were very good."

Property renovation in Oadby
"The task Les was set was a bit of a long shot. We have a person who lives above us who insists on waking us at 5am by stomping around his creaking floors and refuses to communicate or cooperate. As a last resort we decided to have a new ceiling with some extra layers of sound insulation.
Les has done an excellent job. The work was on schedule, tidy and immaculately finished. He is very straight forward to deal with and does what he says he is going to do. He even put in the extra mile by doing some extra bits which we didn’t ask for.
The new ceiling didn’t solve the problem of the creaking floors 100% but it has deadened the noise from a screech to a creak. Also some of the other clonking which we had to live with has been deadened to the level that it no longer wakes us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Les to anybody wanting plastering / building work doing.

Les turned up at the times we had arranged. The work was done on time and looked great when finished. Les tidied up each day which made living day to day easier.
