Property renovation in Addison
"Very helpful and nice to work with. We needed painting and some DIY work done for a rental flat and were on a budget. Job was overall satisfactory, however, I'm sure if we had put more emphasis on certain areas (and perhaps had more time) the results would have been better. The wardrobes have been painted very well and we're pleased with them! Value for money is good, so for those who need work done quickly and are not perfectionists then I'd definitely recommend!"

Building work in London
As with any big city, space in the capital is at a premium and as a result, you may be looking for a way to expand your existing home.Conservatories, extensions and basement or loft conversions are among the options open to you - and as with any substantial construction project, you will want a builder you can rely on.
Not only will top London builders be able to make your dream a reality, they will also be in a position to advise you about any planning application you may need to put in if you want to alter the structure of your home.
For instance, adding a conservatory to your property will not usually require planning permission; however, if you decide to go for a loft conversion you will need to check the rules carefully as certain alterations have to be approved while others are exempt.
And don't forget that if you own a listed building, there will be restrictions on what you can actually change, so make sure you are aware of these before embarking on any project.
Choosing a reputable builder in London
If you are unsure about how to choose a reliable tradesman, it can be a good idea to look for industry bodies and seek out members of such organisations. Two such trade associations in the construction sector are the Home Builders Federation and the National Federation of Builders (NBF).
Both of these establishments work with local building contractors as well as larger firms. The NBF offers subsidised training courses to its members, helping them learn new skills, as well as providing advice and information about key policy changes so that they can keep on top of what's going on in the industry.
