"Did a good job within the time he said it would take to do, unfortunately the work was done 2 days later than planned due him having vehicle trouble which was not his fault but it did put my schedule back 2 days. But to be fair he was friendly and courteous and did keep me regularly updated by phone and e-mail on the problems he was having getting his vehicle fixed and when he could do the job."
