Property renovation in Bangor
"Steven completed the job of knocking through a doorway in a cavity wall and installing the door and furniture with the minimum of mess and disruption. The finished work was of the highest standard and passed building control inspection drawing a positive comment on the quality from the inspector.
Since discovering that Stevens main trade is cabinet maker / joiner I have brought him back to install more doors and fit a hardwood floor, again completed to a high standard and reasonable price. I will use his services again as we progress with our refurbishment and would highly recommend him to all."

House extensions in Belfast
"STAY WELL AWAY!
We experienced a terrible time at the hands of this company. We paid money at the start of the job for expensive materials and it later transpired this money had been spent on another job and our materials were neither ordered nor paid for. Very few tradesmen turned up each day and no materials were sent to the site. The job moved at snail's pace. Each time we had a meeting we were given assurances and excuses. Unfortunately for us, by the time we realised we were being conned, we had already thrown a lot of good money away.
Several large mistakes were made. Our dormer extension was not sealed for WEEKS leaving it open to storms that flooded our upper bedrooms, not once... but three times!
The screed for the extenson was laid 140mm too high and it cost huge money and time to lift and relay it. The removal of load bearing walls without adequate support left us with settlement cracks and movement in our existing property. One large window is now totally out of alignment with the rest of the house!
By the time our budget and schedule was gone this man was nowhere to be seen. Although we had signed a contract, this was not worth the paper it was written on as we carried out a bankruptcy search and the company is already bankrupt.
BE WARNED!!"

Garage building and outbuilding construction in Belfast
"The work commented on previously was agreed with the builders in advance prior to commencing the job . They were paid in full and agreed to return to finish the job which they have failed to do. It is unprofessional and an insult to suggest unfinished work is a 'FREEBEE'. "
