"Harry and his colleague first phoned me to confirm a suitable time to quote for the work, they then turned up on time and looked at the work that needed doing. They were very thorough and honest and didn't make a bigger deal out of the job like i have experienced in the past, they even offered suggestions on other bits of work that they could do at the same time for no additional cost. After accepting the quote we arranged a date and time for them to come back and do the work. They turned up on the day to do the work and weren't phased when i asked them to help out with extra bits and bobs that needed doing, even making a special trip out to pick up additional materials for a very small supplemental charge. They were both very friendly and helpful, the work that they carried out was to a very high standard and they tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend Harry and his colleague Pete for any building work that you need doing! Thanks Harry & Pete"
