Not only did Zak come visit us at home at 9am on a Sunday morning to measure up and quote, but when I agreed I wanted him to go ahead with the work later that same day he said he could come and do it on Tuesday - two days later! Zak stayed in contact on the Monday, just double checking on a few things whilst he was doing preparation work and then on the Tuesday arrived nice and early and just talked me through what he planned to do. The cabin bed is perfect. Zak followed my design exactly as I wanted it and my son just spent the whole night in his new big boy bed without waking up once! Result!
