"I turned up at the premises having travelled 40 minutes to get there, waited half an hour after the booked meeting time, which had been confirmed via email, left messages to ring me when Mike Barnett didn't turn up and had a 40 minute return trip home. This was a complete waste of time and I consider this tradesman totally unreliable and rude. If he wanted to cancel why not give me a ring. He knew I had to travel to the premises requiring a carpenter."
