"Someone from the company offered to provide a quote on the same day that I posted the job. He was very good with communication and visited promptly. He suggested that the issue was worn and broken screws on the bracket attaching the closer to the top of the door, causing the door to sag into the frame slightly. He realigned the door and replaced the screws - the door is now opening and closing properly. I was impressed that he did not immediately quote me to replace all three hinges and closer on the door, which would have been a major and expensive job. I would be happy to use and recommend this company again for any small joinery tasks. "
